    Broccoli, frozen half package
    Cheddar Cheese, 6 oz (shredded)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .75 cup
    Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 cup
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Water, tap, half cup (4 fl oz)
    Cream Cheese, 4 oz


Combine Broccoli, Cream cheese, 1/4 cup of the parmesan, broth, and water in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth (there will be little chunks)

Pour contents of the blender in a pot on the stove and add milk , remaining parmesan, and cheddar cheese and heat until all the cheese is melted and the soup is hot! Medium heat is plenty hot.

If you like a thicker soup omit the water.
