Ingredients

    Baby Cut Carrots, 8 oz
    Onions, raw, 2 medium
    Potato, raw, 4 medium
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1
    Garlic, 8 cloves
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Beef broth, 4 cup
    Beef Chuck Roast, 1 lb.
    Parsley, fresh, handfull
    Sage, fresh, 4 large leaves
    Rosemary, fresh, 4 to 6 inch twig
    Thyme, fresh, handfull



Directions

Cut beef and vegetables into pieces abourt the same size as the baby carrots and place in the crock pot. Add the broth. Add the garlic and black pepper. Make a bouquet of the herbs and toss on top. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, or on medium for 6. Makes 8 servings.
