    3 medium eggs
    1/2 cup tuna fish
    1/4 cup non fat milk
    1/4 cup sliced onions
    salt to taste


Beat eggs with milk until smooth. Spray a saucepan with non stick spray coating. Add onions, saute for one minute. Add tuna and cook one more minute. Add eggs and stir until eggs are cooked. Add salt to taste.
