Ingredients

    Curry powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
    Beef chuck, 1.59 lb (remove)
    Tempeh, 500 (remove)
    Soy sauce (tamari), 1 tbsp (remove)
    Knudsen Very Veggie Juice, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and brown the beef and tempeh on all sides. Remove from skillet, reserving juices, and season with salt and pepper. Cook and stir the garlic, ginger, and jalapeno in the skillet for 2 minutes, until tender, and season with curry powder. Put everything into the crockpot.
Cover, and cook 6 to 8 hours on Low, or 4 hours on high.
