Introduction
This is a great healthy bean dip I copied from Isabellas Italian Restaurant, it was sooo good I had to make it at home.This dip can be served with freshly baked Italian bread, Pita Chips, Or wedges of Flat Bread or I even served some leftover dip over freshly grilled eggpalnt... Ingredients

1 can of Great Northern or White Beans (including juice)
4 Cloves Fresh Garlic or 2 Heaping TBS of pre-chopped garlic
2 TBS Olive Oil
3 TBS Fresh Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
Directions
Open one can of 15.5 oz Great Northern Beans, (empty 1/4 of the juice out) . Pour the beans and juice into a small to medium sauce pan.
Finely chop your 4 cloves of garlic and add to beans. (Or add your store bought chopped garlic, go ahead and add some juice from the bottle it adds flavor!
Cook on medium-low heat for approx 20 minutes and then with a potato masher mash the ingrediants just like you would potatoes till you get a creamy/chunky consistancy.
Cook an additional 10 minutes.
Pour dip into a small serving bowl, pour a few TBS of Olive Oil on top, for an extra touch you can garnish with a couple twists of ground pepper or parsley. And Top with fresh Parmesan or Romano Cheese.
This is a favorite in my house!!
