Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup dry - Couscous - Whole Wheat Organic
    2.5 cups Water (Boiling)
    1 Large Oranges
    1/4 cup slivered Almonds
    1/4 cup Raisins/ Currants

Directions

Bring water to boil.

Add couscous and stirr. Cover and boil for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Do not open lid for 10 mintues. Open cover and fluff.

Add the following:

Take orange and cut in half - remove seeds. Squeeze the juice over couscous. Cut the orange into bite size pieces and add.

Add raisins and almonds.

Season to taste.

Yields 6 servings.
