    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    14 oz can Bush's Chili Beans
    14 oz can Bush's Baked Beans
    28 oz can Tomato Sauce
    1 cup Onions, chopped
    1 cup Celery, diced
    14 oz can Mushrooms, canned
    1 tbsp Chili powder
    1/2 cup Green Peppers, chopped
    1/2 cup red peppers, chopped
    1 cup Water
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp black Pepper
    3 cloves Garlic, crushed
    2 tsp olive oil


Makes 10 1-cup servings.

Heat olive oil in stock pot. Add onions, mushroom, and garlic, saute until softened. Add spices, tomato sauce and water, mixing until combined. Add raw ground turkey and beans, stirring gently. Bring to boil, stirring as necessary. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 1 hour. Serve with crusty bread or cornmeal loaf.
