Ingredients

    1 medium onion, diced
    3 TBSP olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 carrots, diced
    1-2 bunches broccoli, chopped
    1 package Morningstar Farms Grillers recipe crumbles
    15.5 oz tomato sauce
    1 tsp cumin seed
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp ground cumin

    6 hard & soft tacos


Directions

1. Sautee onion in olive soft until it softens. Add garlic & cook another minute.

2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and bring to a simmer. Add water if necessary. Cover & turn down heat to low-medium. Cook for 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

Serve with your preferred taco toppings.
