Introduction

This chicken is very flavorful. Goes wonderfully with steamed rice and veggies. This chicken is very flavorful. Goes wonderfully with steamed rice and veggies.

Ingredients

    6 Chicken Breasts -boneless, skinless

    1/2 cup of lime juice

    2 tbsp of olive oil

    2 tbsp chopped cilantro (fresh or dry)

    2 tsp granulated sugar

    1 tsp salt

    1 tsp pepper

    1 tsp paprika (substitute with red pepper for an extra kick)

    1.5 oz Tequila (optional)

Directions

In a large bowl, pour lime juice, olive oil, tequila, and spices until well blended. Marinate the breasts at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours. They are perfect on the grill, pan, or oven. (Note: Tequila burns off in cooking process, but leaves a beautiful aroma.)
Serve with steamed rice or steamed veggies.
