    1 Cup Quick Oats

    3 Cups All Purpose Flour
    2 Tbsp Honey
    1 Packet Yeast


Create warm water yeast bath with 1/4 cup warm water and yeast packet. Allow to sit for 10 minutes or until yeast becomes bubbly.

In a food processor, chop quick oats into oat flour using the blade tool. Switch to the kneed tool, add the flour and mix well. While processor is on, scrape yeast mixture into feed tube. Add honey. Add water until dough reaches desired consistency. Turn dough out onto floured cutting board and allow it to rise in a warm, draft free location for 20 minutes or until doubled in size. Kneed and transfer into a loaf pan spayed with non-stick spray. Allow to rise again. Preheat oven to 425. Bake for 30 minutes or until solid.
