Ingredients

Extra lean ground beef or turkey
taco seasoning
pinto beans or black beans
diced tomatoe
mexican mix 2% cheese
ff sour cream
taco sauce
corn tortillas
Directions
Brown meat, add taco seasoning (per package instructions). Once cooked add drained and rinsed beans, tomatoes (drained),sour cream. blend well. Mix 1/2 cup cheese and 1 cup taco sauce. Mix well and heat through.
Prepare 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. lightly cover bottom with taco sauce. Place 6 corn tortillas on bottom and then half of meat mixture. layer againg with tortillas and meat.Then add one more layer of tortillas, cover with remaining taco sauce and 1 cup cheese.
Bake at 375 for 20 min or until bubbly.
