    1 can or 7oz pouch of Starkist Tuna
    .5 cp Milk (used 1% in recipe)
    4 oz Egg Noodles
    1 - 2 cups Frozen or Fresh veggie mix (peas, corn, broccoli, carrots, anything you like)
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Healthy Request)
    .25 tsp Garlic Powder
    .25 tsp Greek Seasoning (optional)


Heat oven to 375. Cook noodles as directed adding your vegetables in the last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain into colander. In a separate bowl mix milk, soup, garlic and Greek seasoning. Stir in noodles, vegetables, and tuna. Transfer to a 1.5 to 2 quart Casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
