    15 oz canned black beans, rinsed, drained
    .5 cup salsa
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    2 cups shredded delit rotisserie chicken or leftover cooked removed
    8 flour tortillas
    2 cups shredded romaine
    2 tomatoes diced
    .5 cup thinly sliced red onion
    .5 cup montery jack-colby reduced fat cheese


1, Combine, beans, salsa and cumin (ground) in medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave 2-3 minutes or until hot. Microwave chicken on microwave-safe plate 1-2 minutes or until hot.

2. Spoon bean micxture over tortillas; top with chicken and all remaining ingredients. Fold up bottom; roll sides.

Tip - heat tortillas according to pacakge direction. Or place one at a time directly on gas or electric burner over medium-high heat; 3-8 seconds, turning with tongs when edged begin to sfoten and adjusting heat if necessary.
