    1.5 lbs ground beef
    1 can Ranch Style beans, drained
    5 cups chopped lettuce
    1/2 c. onion, chpd
    3 oz shredded cheese
    1 pkg taco seasoning


Brown meat. Add taco seasoning, according to pkg directions.

Place chopped onion in microwave safe dish. Spray with Pam. Heat for about 45 seconds on high. Add to beef mixture. Add beans, mix well.

Serve with lettuce and cheese. (Chips too, if desired.)

*I make extra when I make this filling. Then I freeze some in single serving freezer bags. Then, when I'm hungry and in a hurry, I can defrost one of these, and have a taco salad, or put it in a tortilla for a quick soft taco. Very yummy.
