Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cans stewed or crushed tomatoes
    3 large green onions or 1 large white onion
    1 can beef broth or 3/4 bouillion cubes
    1 bunch of celery
    2 cans green beans or frozen beans
    2 cups chunky carrots
    1 10 oz pk frozen greens (kale, collards, etc)
    1 large potatoe
    Season to taste with:
    Season All
    garlic powder or clove
    black pepper
    red pepper
    italian season mix

Directions

combine all ingredients, bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 2 hours. Let stand overnight for best flavor.
