Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/3 lb ground pork
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup instant brown rice
    6 cabbage leaves
    1 small can tomato sauce

Directions

Put a head of cabbage into boiling water for about 3 or 4 minutes. Remove and peel off cabbage leaves.
(If only making one recipe the remaining cabbage can be frozen to use soup or stews later.) MIx meat, rice and onions well. Divide meat into six balls & wrap each one in a cabbage leaf.
