    Orzo Pasta, 4 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .75 cup, strips
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Banana Peppers, 1 medium (4-1/2" long)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, .25 cup
    Scallions, raw, 2 large
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup
    Salsa, 1 cup
    Cumin, 1 tbsp
    Flank Steak, .50 lb
    La Victoria Green Taco Sauce, 6 tbsp
    Old El Paso Green Chile Enchilada Sauce MIld, 4.5 serving


in a pot start the water boiling for the orzo, once boiling put the orzo in.

cut the steak into strips and put in a skillet on medium heat. While that is cooking cut into strips the peppers and scallions. After steak is done mix in the scallions, peppers, corn and sundried tomatoes. Stir in the green enchilada sauce and the green sauce cook until thickened.

After orzo is done and drained put in skillet stir and take off heat.

If desired can put cheese and salsa on top
