Ingredients

    Beef chuck, 5 oz (or any cut of beef you prefer, this is just what I had on hand)
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Canola Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Splenda, 1 tsp (remove)


Directions

Warm oil in skillet until hot, place diced meat in to oil and brown. When meat is almost done, add chopped broccoli, splenda and curry powder. Sautee until finished.
