Ingredients

    Egg Beaters - 1.75 cups
    Milk (non fat) - 1.75 cups
    2% Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup
    Frozen Broccoli (chopped) - .5 package
    5 pieces of low cal whole wheat bread
    Grilled Chicken Breast
    Garlic Powder
    Salt and Pepper
    Onion - optional

Directions

line bottom of greased 9 x 9 inch dish with 1/2 of the bread. Add chopped broccoli, cheese, garlic and onion (optional). Top with remaining bread. Pour eggbeaters and milk mixture over the ingredients. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
