    1/2 lb pasta, uncooked
    2 tbsp EVOO
    1 lb ground turkey
    3 cups chicken broth
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    1/4 cup bread crumbs, plain
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning to taste


Cook pasta as directed.

In skillet, brown ground turkey. Season with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Once brown, remove from skillet. On medium high heat, add chicken broth and sour cream. When bubbly add cornstarch and whisk until dissolved.

Add the turkey and pasta back to skillet and stir well. Top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
