Introduction
This is another comfort food for me. I ate it a lot growing up and still find it comforting.Alot of the sodium in this came from the canned tomatoes, I'm sure if you use fresh it will help with that.

Ingredients

2.5 lbs of hamburger
1 pk of small shells (16 oz.)
1 10 oz. can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes Wl Habaneros
1 10 oz. can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes W/Lime Juice and Cilantro
1 14.5 oz can of Diced Peeled Tomatoes
1 14.5 oz can of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis
1 tsp minced garlic
1 small onion diced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
.5 tsp of Thyme Dry
.5 tsp of Basil
.5 tsp of rosemary
Directions
Makes 20 - 1 cup servings
Brown Hamburger with Onion and Garlic. Drain grease thoroughly. Return to Skillet.
Add all cans of tomatoes and seasoning, stir and cover. Simmer until pasta is cooked.
Cook small shells as directed on pkg. Drain
Add hamburger mixture to Pasta and stir.
