Number of Servings: 4


    1/2 box whole wheat spaghetti or linguini
    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken - cut into 1 inch cubes
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli Soup (condensed)
    2 cups broccoli, chopped
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Salt & Pepper


Prepare the pasta according to the package directions. When the pasta is 4 minutes from being finished cooking, add the chopped broccoli to the boiling water. Drain the pasta and broccoli well.

Sprinkle the uncooked chicken with salt and pepper to taste.

In a 10" or larger skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the chicken and cook until the chicken is browned. Use medium high heat in order to brown the chicken without over cooking.

When the chicken is finished, add the soup, skim milk and Parmesan cheese to the skillet with the chicken and stir. Once mixed, add the broccoli and pasta and stir to coat. Heat over low until bubbly - about 3 minutes - and serve.

Top with extra Parmesan cheese, if desired.
