    6 tomatoes, sliced
    6 oz mozzarella, sliced
    1 Tbsp red onion, or to taste
    basil/oregano, to taste
    1 Tbsp Olive oil
    1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar


Slice tomatoes and cheese. Place into bowl and sprinkle with herbs. Add onion. Mix olive oil and vinegar together and pour over salad. Marinate in fridge for 1 hour.
