Ingredients

    1 chicken, bone and skin removed
    Carrots, raw, 10 medium
    Celery, raw, 10 stalk, medium
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz)
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Water from boiled chicken
    Sea Salt
    Peper

Directions

Boil Chicken, skim fat from water
Remove skin and bones from chicken once cooked
Chop carrots, onion, garlic and celery
Put everything in chicken water and simmer for an hour on medium heat.
