Ingredients

chicken, olive oil, onions (I only used 1/2 of the onion called for), garlic, curry powder, lentils, cherry tomatoes(quartered), water, chicken broth.
Directions
Makes 6 servings.
1. Heat oil in large pot over high heat. Add chicken and brown for 5 minutes, turning halfway through. 2. Reduce heat to medium, add onions (cut into eigths) and garlic (chopped) and stir. Cook for 5 minutes. 3. Add curry powder, stir, and add rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer for 50 minutes, stirring occasionaly. Uncover and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
