Ingredients

    2 cloves garlic
    2 tbsp Brummel ad Brown yogurt spread (or butter)
    3 tablespoons flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp Thyme (or 2 tsp fresh)
    1 1/2 cups 1% milk
    5 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    6 ounces John Morrell diced 96% fat free ham

Directions

Serves 8 (or can be used as 4 main dish servings, remember to double the nutrition info)
Oven Temp = 350 degrees

1. For sauce, use medium sauce pan and cook the garlic for a minute or so in the spread. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk all at once. cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Stir in thyme.

2. Slice the potatoes, and arrange 2/3 of them in a 2 quart casserole dish, then cover with the ham and then 2/3 of the sauce. Then put the rest of the potatoes down and top with the rest of the sauce.

3. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 55 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10-15. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
