    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 4 chicken thigh fillets
    4 whole, peeled cloves of garlic
    1 tbsp. olive oil


Spread or brush 1 tbsp. olive oil over the bottom of a ceramic baking dish (preferably ridged). Peel four cloves of garlic and place them in the bottom of the dish. Spread the chicken over the garlic. (There should be two cloves per breast.)
Bake at 350 degrees or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees.
