    Mushrooms, fresh, 12 medium
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, .5 cup
    Stove Top Stuffing Mix, .50 serving (makes 1/2 cup prepared)
    Garlic, 1 clove


Clean mushrooms, pull stems - set stems aside for later use.
Chop onion, mushroom stems, garlic and jalapeno - put into bowl
mix 1/2 the cheese, all the cream cheese and stuffing together. (to help mix easier put the stuffing in hot or microwave for 5 seconds)
Stuff mushrooms with heaping servings
Spray cookie sheet down with pam and put mushrooms in oven on 350 for 15 - 20 minutes. Last few minutes, sprinkle remaining part of cheese over tops of mushrooms and let melt. Serve.
