Introduction

This is the basic meatloaf recipe except I substituted rice for the bread crumbs. This is the basic meatloaf recipe except I substituted rice for the bread crumbs.

Ingredients

    About 2 lbs of lean chopped beef
    1.5 eggs, beaten
    1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
    1 cup of cooked white rice (instead of 1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs)
    1 pkg Onion Soup/Dip Mix
    Black Pepper (to taste)
    Dash Goya Adobo (or other seasoning)
    Fresh Parley

Directions

Make sure you have Cooked White Rice, or left over Chinese take-out rice.

Combine all ingredients into a loaf pan
Bake Uncovered at 350 for about an hour.
