    1 lb stew meat, cubed
    salt and ground pepper
    1 large yellow onion, chopped coarse
    3-4 tbsp of mince garlic
    1.5 Tbsp unbleached all-purpose flour
    2 cans beef broth
    1/2 tsp fresh thyme
    cubed potatoes (500 grams)
    baby carrots (100 grams)
    a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce


-Dry beef thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.
-Place all ingredients into the crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
