Number of Servings: 6


    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp
    Salt and pepper to taste
    *Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium


Combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well and form into a loaf. Place in prepared baking pan and suround with cubed potatoes and carrots. Combine worcestershire sauce and ketchup and pour over loaf. Cook covered at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Salt and pepper potatoes and carrots to taste. Serves 6.
