    2 C tempeh, sliced in strips
    2-3 cups green beans
    1-2 T coconut oil
    1 C cauliflower
    2 T Tamari or soy sauce
    1 pepper, sliced
    2 C cooked brown rice or wild rice
    1 onion, chopped


Serves about 6
Cook rice according to package
Melt coconut oil in skillet, stirfry onion, beans and cauliflower for 2 minutes
Add peppers and soy sauce.
Prepare Tempeh according to package directions, can be stirfried with veggies.
Put rice on platter, serve veggies and tempeh over rice.
Season with more soy sauce if desired. Can add garlic, salt, etc. as desired.
