    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1-2 cloves of garlic, sliced
    1 can light red kidney beans
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    3-4 Tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp red pepper


Brown ground beef (you can substitute ground turkey) Add onions and garlic, saute until onions are translucent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Add water to desired thickness. Serves 8-10
