Number of Servings: 4


    boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1 lb, cubed
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    *Potato, raw, 1 cup diced
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Basil, 1 tbsp (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Rosemary, dried, .5 tsp


heat olive oil in large skillet or stir fry pan. Fry chicken breast until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside. Add all vegetables to pan and fry till almost tender. Add in seasonings and contine cooking till vegetables are tender. Add chicken back in and serve.
