    Spaghetti Squash, 1 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .25 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 ounces
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz


poke holes in whole spaghetti squash and cook in microwave for 10-15 minutes.
meanwhile in stove cook chicken, add tomatoes cut up, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce cook until spaghetti squash is done.

Remove spaghetti from squash , top w/ sauce and add your favourite cheese ! enjoy.
