This Casserole tastes sinful but it's not . This Casserole tastes sinful but it's not .
Number of Servings: 6


    1 Head of Cauliflower
    1 pound of Ground Turkey
    1 cup of chopped onions
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    4 slices fat free cheese
    1 1/2 cups of nonfat milk
    2 TBS fat free italian dressing
    2TBS flour


In one frying pan put italian dressing turn stove on medium
add ground turkey , chopped onions , and chopped pepper .

In another pot cut cauliflower and boil until tender .

Once ground beef is browned add milk to the pan , and 4 slices of fat free cheese , once cheese melts add 2 TBS of flour and stir until mixture is thick .

Once Cauliflower is tender , drain and add the Ground turkey mixture to the cauliflower .

    Also, I would chop the cauliflower up pretty small. It was a little much cut into "trees" like I did for this recipe.
