    1 large flour tortilla
    2 stripes of bacon
    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup monterey jack cheese
    1/4 cup black beans


fry egg whites
warm tortilla in oven
Then layer tortilla with cheese, black beans, egg and bacon
fry in skillet until cheese melts; 1 minute on each side.
cut in half and serve
