Introduction
I was looking for recipe for Banana Bread/Cake and wanted it to be using Splenda and if possilbe low in fat. I took some recipes and put this together. Ingredients

1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup SPLENDA® Granular
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 1/4 cups mashed bananas (approximately 4 Medium bananas)
½ cup Applesauce
1 egg
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup Hazelnuts
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 9-inch Square pan greased and floured.
2.Blend the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.
3.Mash bananas. Add Applesauce, egg and vanilla to the mashed bananas. Mix well. Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
4.Add chopped Hazelnuts. Stir until just mixed.
5.Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until rich brown and the center is set.
