Introduction

This is an easy and quick recipe. The macros are off a tad because I didn't have the fat grams and carbs for the sausage but the cals are right. This is an easy and quick recipe. The macros are off a tad because I didn't have the fat grams and carbs for the sausage but the cals are right.

Ingredients

    1 package of Aidele's Natural Chicken Apple Sausages (4 total) - diced and outer covering removed
    1 can of Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    1 can of Yellow Corn
    1 can of Cannellini or Kidney Beans
    1 tsp of cinnamon
    1 tsp of all spice

Directions

In a large sauce pan, dump all cans of veggies and seasonings together. Stir in your apple sausage with the outer covering removed. I like to dice the sausage but you could leave them whole also. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer over low heat for 20 min.

I drained only the corn and used the juices of the other cans as the stock.

Makes four servings. About 1.5 cups each - maybe a tad more.
