Ingredients

    1 cup plain flour
    1 egg
    2 cups rice bubbles
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp dried chives
    2 chicken breasts

Directions

crush rice bubbles & combine with garlic and chives
whisk egg
roll breasts in flour
dip breasts in egg
roll breasts in rice bubble mixture
pan fry / place in oven until cooked through
serve and enjoy
