    Milk, Onion, Garlic
    Baby Spinach, Olive Oil Spray

Directions

1 egg yolk, 4 whites, 2 tbsp skim/LF milk, 2 slices onion, 1 sm. garlic, 1 C chopped spinach:
Spray-NS pan, Beat eggs & milk. Sautee veggies,
add eggs, when set add spinach. Serves 1

  • No way the nutritional info is correct - spinach has tons of fiber, and also has carbs, so does garlic, the milk and the onion have carbs. Something isn't right. - 3/17/09
