    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz (remove)
    Sage, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Mrs. Dash, 1 tsp (remove)
    Marjoram, dried, .25 tsp (remove)
    Twin Brown Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .06 tsp (remove)
    Chili powder, .06 tsp (remove)
    Cloves, ground, .06 tsp (remove)


Combine spices in a small bowl, mixing well. Place ground chicken or turkey in a large bowl and add the mixed spices to it. Mix well with your hands and form into patties or meatballs. Sauté in a large skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes. Add some water and steam until done. Divide into individual servings and freeze until ready to use.
