    1 large can tomato juice
    24 ounces lean ground beef
    3 cans red kidney beans
    2 packets Chili Seasoning (Old El Paso used in figuring nutritional data)


Brown and drain ground beef.
Drain kidney beans and add to beef.
Add tomato juice and chili seasoning.
Heat to simmering, then simmer for about 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings, approx. 2 cups each
