Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups fresh brussels sprouts
    1 T olive oil, plus a smidge for wiping pan
    1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Wipe a 9x13 metal pan with olive oil, set aside.

Trim and cut each brussels sprout in half. Put in a large bowl and toss with 1 T olive oil and salt.

Place each brussels sprout in pan, cut side down. Roast uncovered in oven for approximately 20 minutes. Sprouts will be golden color.

2-4 servings, depending on how much you like them. Calculations done for 2 servings.

    I made this recipe but, since I didn't have olive oil, I used a tblsp of herb grapseed oil instead. The whole family loved it. - 10/24/12

    I like this recipe. It's quick,easy and I brushed them with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt and Mrs. Dash garlic and herb spice. Thanks for sharing - 4/28/11
