Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes
    1 small onion chopped
    4 sprays of Pam Olive Oil spray
    seasonings such as Season All, Garlic Powder, Pepper

Directions

Peel and cut up potatoes into diced size. Chop onions. Spray about 4 sprays of Olive Oil spray into skillet and heat; add potatoes & onions and cook stirring occasionally until done. Cover with lid to help keep moisture in. Very good and not greasy! Serves 4 . Goes well with fish!
