This is a great sweet treat for breakfast or after a workout! This is a great sweet treat for breakfast or after a workout!
Number of Servings: 2


    *Yogurt, Yoplait Light, Strawberry, 6 oz
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 2 cup, unthawed
    *Skim Milk, .75 cup
    Kretschmer Wheat Germ, 6.5 grams


Place strawberries, milk, yogurt and wheat germ into a blender. Blend until smoote or to your own desired consistency. Enjoy!
