    3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 box stove top chicken stuff mixing (recomment low sodium - or use plain stuffing mix)
    1 small bag frozen green beans
    1 can FF Cream of Mushroom or other cream variety soup
    3 cans water


Place frozen green beans in bottom of crockpot, pushed to one side.
Add stuffing mix to other side of crock.
Lay chicken breasts on top, covering stuffing and beans.
Sprinkle with desired seasoning (I used garlic powder and a little poultry seasoning)
Pour soup over chicken breasts.
Add water -- be sure to get plenty on stuffing mix.
Cover and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or low for 6 to 8. Add approximately 2 hours if using frozen chicken breasts.

  • I already rated this, but my comments didn't show up. The flavor is good, but the amount of water is way too much. I had to add more dry stuffing when it was done. I think 1/2 to 1 cup water is more than enough. - 10/16/08
