    1 32 oz package frozen shredde hash browns
    1/2 cup flour
    20 ounces Jennie O Breakfast sausage, 50% less fat
    3 cups skim milk
    1 tablespoon mustard
    8 ounces reduced fat cheddar cheese


Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Add frozen hash browns. Place in 500 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile brown sausage. Add flour, milk, and mustard. Heat until slightly thickened.
Pour over hash browns. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
