Ingredients

    1c. applesauce, unsweetened
    1c. splenda
    4 T ground flax
    2.75c. flour
    1T baking powder
    dash of salt
    1c. nonfat milk
    2t imitation vanilla

Directions

Make fal eggs by whisking the flax meal with a equal part water. Whisk in applesauce and splenda.

Add the baking powder, salt, and vanilla.

When you reach an even consistency, whisk in the millk.

Gradually add the flour. Pour batter into sprayed pans. bake at 350F for 30-35min.
