Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 lbs ground turkey
    1 egg
    1 onion (diced)
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    any other seasonings
    3 Tbsp ketchup (guesstimate)
    3 Tbsp ranch dressing (guesstimate)
    Seasoned Bread Crumbs

    1 cup ketchup for top

Directions

combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Make sure mixture is very moist and well mixed (with hands). Then start to add bread crumbs until the mixture becomes moldable. Then mold meatloaf in a pan. Do not put extra ketchup on top until 10 min before end of cook time. Cook meatloaf at 350 for 30 minutes. Take meatloaf out and drain grease off the meatloaf. Put it back in the oven for another 30 minutes. Put ketchup on top and let cook for another 10 minutes.
